This information is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 "General Data Protection Regulation" (GDPR) to those who interact only with the websites of the Municipality of Imola and not with other websites accessible via links.

Since May 25, 2018, the European Regulation 679/2016 concerning the processing of personal data (GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation) has been applicable.

The Municipality of Imola has adapted its privacy policy in order to comply with the obligations contained in the GDPR.

The Entity undertakes to respect and protect your privacy by processing the personal data provided by you in compliance with the legal provisions designed to ensure the security, accuracy, updating and relevance of the data with respect to the stated purposes; personal data provided by users who submit requests are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the request submitted from time to time, and are communicated to third parties only if this is strictly necessary and functional to this purpose, in compliance with the specific information provided pursuant to European Regulation 679/2016.

Data is processed by specially appointed personnel and only if the processing is necessary for the performance of assigned duties.

Optional Nature of Data Provision

Apart from what is specified below for navigation data, the user is free to provide the personal data necessary to fulfill their specific requests. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what is requested.

For completeness, it should be remembered that in some cases (not subject to the ordinary management of this site), judicial bodies may request certain types of data. In this case, obviously, communication by the Entity to the aforementioned bodies is mandatory.

Data Provided Voluntarily by the User

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of email messages to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the request itself.

The optional, explicit and voluntary registration through specific web forms (forms) present on our site entails the subsequent acquisition of all the data reported in the fields completed by the user and the processing, in accordance with what is reported in the specific information provided for each individual form, is carried out exclusively in fulfillment of the Entity's own institutional activities.
